Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
Property owners are not required to accept Section 8 tenants unless local laws mandate it. Read about our Section 8 Services. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Owner disbursements are made every 15th of the month, if the 15th is on a weekend or holiday, it will be made the following business day. We send funds either through ACH or Check. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Lease terms vary based on market conditions and owner preferences, but standard leases are often a year long. Other lease term options may be available upon request. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Security deposit amounts typically align with market standards and legal requirements. The specific amount may depend on factors such as rent price and tenant qualifications. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can begin managing your property as soon as the necessary agreements are completed and we receive all the required information. Typical onboarding time ranges from 2-5 business days. -
What type of properties do you manage?
Our primary focus is Single Family Homes, Townhomes and Condos. We also manage small multi family properties (up to 40 units). -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
Owners receive regular financial statements detailing rent collection, expenses, and maintenance updates every 15th of the month. In addition, you will have access to live reports on your owner portal. Finally, we can create and schedule custom reports as well. -
