Property Takeoveri	Initial take over $400. Subsequent takeovers $250
Marketing and Leasingi	Amount equal to 100% of 1 month's rent
Property Managementi	Flat rate of $95 per month Only charged when property is occupied
Construction, Turn-Key and Maintenancei	10% markup on all Labor and Materials On projects over $10,000, there may be additional construction management fees
Management of Vacant Propertiesi	Flat rate of $25 per month while property is in “On Hold” status
Lease Renewalsi	$300.00 per renewal
Evictionsi	There is no additional fee for handling evictions, however, the owner will pay for all filing, attorney fees and any related labor / materials.
Court Appearancei	$150.00 per Appearance, if court is held via zoom, there will be no charge.
Misc. Bill Processingi	3% of total bill amount
HOA Billi	10% of total dues
Occupied for Sale Managementi	Flat rate of $150 for a 90 day listing, $50 for each additional 30 days
Property Sales and Acquisitionsi	Please contact us for fees
